IMSA Prototype Challenge presented by Mazda: two wins for the P1 Motorsports #8 Ligier JS P3
The Mosport circuit also welcomed the fourth round of the IMSA Prototype Challenge. Having set pole position with a time of 1:13.562, more than 7 tenths ahead of the second best time, Kenton Koch won both races of the weekend at the wheel of the #8 P1 Motorsports Ligier JS P3. Having already taken home a victory and two second places, Kenton Koch placed himself in second place in the provisional general standings, 20 points off the leader, Colin Thompson, and tied with Andres Gutierrez. The latter, absent this weekend, could not defend his chances at the wheel of the #12 Performance Tech Motorsports Ligier JS P3.
